Duane Sheldon, Senior Consultant
Duane has consulted with medical practices since 2001, working with many different disciplines of medicine and multiple rural hospitals. He is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a degree in Finance and is currently pursuing a Master's in Healthcare Administration. Duane is a Registered Medical Manager through the Association of Registered Health Care Professionals.
Duane's specialty is in the analysis of the practice's entire billing and collection process. He has conducted hundreds of practice analyses over the past eight years, and has also provided specialized training to assist practices in implementing changes to maximize cash flow.

Mary is a certified professional coder with over 35 years of coding and medical administrative experience. She holds a health administration degree and is an ex-practice administrator for a neurosurgical practice.
Mary has conducted hundreds of on-site educational programs for FQHC's, specialty groups and Medicare fraud investigators. She consults with practices on their organizational and operational needs and conducts on-site physician audits.

Carol Z. Coots, Senior Consultant, BS, CPC, CPC-H
Carol is an experienced coder, biller, consultant, and fraud and abuse specialist with more than 20 years in the healthcare field. She has a degree in Biology, is a Certified Professional Coder and owns a medical consulting firm in Indianapolis, Indiana.
She specializes in coding and billing audits to help practices realize higher reimbursement and ensure compliance. Her dedication to correct billing has saves companies over $10 million.
Carol started her career in health care in 1985 at the University of Michigan Medical School, Department of Physiology. Over the years, she has become proficient in many aspects of the physician practice including medical transcription, billing, collections, patient care and office management.
She is the Director of Billing, Coding and Credentialing at Indinapolis Medical Management where she teaches and provides consulting services to physicians and billing staff.
Pat has been in the medical billing and coding field for more than 26 years, and is the founder and CEO of her own billing and coding school. She has worked with private practices managing patient receivables and providing billing and coding training.
